Frank Ocean opens up about Grammy performance

He says he couldn't hear his keyboard

Frank Ocean is opening up about his performance at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards Sunday night.

The singer took to Twitter to let fans know why his performance of "Forrest Gump" was a bit off pitch.  He writes that he couldn't hear his keyboard during the set.

The off-key performance may have been been more painful had Ocean not come away from the show with a pair of Grammys.  Ocean picked up the award for Best Urban Contemporary Album for his debut record "Channel Orange."  He also won Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for his work on Jay-Z and Kanye West's "No Church in the Wild."
