The Paid Dues Festival has announced that Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, ABSoul, and Jay Rock will be headliners this year. The rap stars are all part of Top Dog Entertainment's Black Hippy collective. 

Joining them in the festival lineup are artists like Tech N9ne, Juicy J, Trinidad James, Mobb Deep, Talib Kweli, and more. 

The festival will take place on March 30th at the NOS Event Center in San Bernardino, California.
