(WENN) - Rapper A$AP Rocky is facing a lawsuit stemming from an alleged bust-up in New York earlier this year.

The hip-hop star, real name Rakim Mayers, was arrested in July after allegedly fighting with two photographers who had filmed an altercation between him and another man in a clothing store.

The alleged victim, Shenick Alcine, is now suing Mayers over the incident, according to TMZ.com.

The lawsuit comes weeks after Mayers struck a plea deal over the July arrest and was sentenced to three days of community service and ordered to pay a $250 fine.
