RUMOR: NICKI MINAJ WILL NOT RETURN TO 'AMERICAN IDOL' NEXT SEASON
Rumor has it that American Idol producers do not want Nicki Minaj to return to the show next season. According to Hollywood Life, a source said being late to a live taping, being rude and not getting along with Mariah Carey has caused producers to not want her to come back next season.

The source said, "The chances of Nicki returning to the show next season are slim to none, she is such a major headache with her behavior and it's really taxing on many people with the crew. So her behavior is wearing thin on many people this season."

It also seems like fans of the show feel like the rap diva is bringing the show down. Wednesday night's episode of the show pulled in 11 million viewers -- the lowest figures for an American Idol show ever. Some fans of the show took to their Facebook page to rant about Nicki.

NICKI WILL BE ON CHRIS BROWN'S NEW ALBUM

In more positive news, it looks like Chris Brown has snagged an appearance from Nicki Minaj on his upcoming album X. HE tweeted, "@NICKIMINAJ will be on the ALBUM. Just gave me a mean verse!!! Love Boo!" Nicki added, "The beat is stoooooooooooooooopid. Yall gon love it! ;)"

X is due out this summer.

CHRIS BROWN SPEAKS ON DRAKE AND FRANK OCEAN

During the interview, Chris also opened up about his beef with Frank Ocean. The two got into a reported months back. He said, "Well, with the Frank Ocean situation, I'll just put it like this: It's in the past. Some stuff went down but it's whatever. It's not what people [think]," he reasoned. "It's always sensationalized and always blown outta proportion. I got respect for his music so, I'm not really trying to go back down that route. Everything for me is [about] moving forward."

On his issues with Drake, he said, "It's not entertainment for me I think it's me more being real and saying what I gotta say. I ain't out here trying to go at him. I ain't got people after him. MEKHI PHIFER TIES THE KNOT

ER actor Mekhi Phifer has married girlfriend Reshelet Barnes this past weekend. According to E! News, the actor tied the knot in front of 100 family and friends on Saturday (March 30th) at the Montage Hotel. Mekhi's son walked down the aisle with a Chihuahua on a leash.

Mekhi walked down the aisle to Stevie Wonder's "Ribbon in the Sky," wearing a white suit. According to an eyewitness, the bride came down the aisle to "Here Comes the Bride."

The witness said, "When she made her entrance into the courtyard, Mekhi was completely overcome with emotion and you could tell she took his breath away. He had to wipe tears from his eyes for several minutes."

INDIA ARIE DENIES BLEACHING HER SKIN

India Arie has denied rumors that she has bleached her skin. The singer released a new single last week called "Cocoa Butter" and on the cover, the singer looked much lighter. India took to Twitter to respond to the rumors, writing, "Personally speaking! I'm happy to say I have NOT BLEACHED my skin. ROTF at the thought. 1. I wouldn't endanger my health that way 2. I'm so in love with myself I have no DESIRE to BLEACH myself. Lol 3. The GLOW you see IS (magnificent) lighting 4. THE LIGHT you see, well that's all ME!"

RICK ROSS ADDRESSES 'U.O.E.N.O.' CONTROVERSY

Rick Ross has clarified his controversial lyric's on Rocko's "U.O.E.N.O." -- saying that his lyrics had nothing to do with the rape. On the song, Ross spits, "Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it." Two petitions surfaced online earlier this week, urging Ross to apologize for the song and for it to be pulled off of the radio for glorifying date rape.

In a radio interview, Ross said that the lyrics had nothing to do with rape and he doesn't condone it. He explained, "I want to make sure this is clear: woman is the most precious gift known to man. There was a misunderstanding with the lyric, a misinterpretation where the term 'rape' wasn't used. I would never use the term 'rape' in my records, and as far my camp, hip-hop don't condone that. The streets don't condone that. Nobody condones that."

Lil Wanye opened up about his health scares, revealing that his seizures are a result of epilepsy. "The bad news is I'm an epileptic. I'm prone to seizures," he said. "This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure.

After suffering a few seizures in a short span of time, speculation that the cause was drug related began to swirl. The New Orleans native has a well documented--although not often spoken about--addiction to codeine, which can cause seizures and epilepsy, and shouldn't be consumed by people with sleep apnea (of which he previously suffered from) but according to the YMCMB leader, the rumors are just that. "I've had a bunch of seizures, ya'll just never hear about them. But this time it got real bad 'cause I had three of them in a row and on the third one, my heart rate went down to like 30 percent. Basically, I could've died, so that is why it was so serious.

"I have people around me. I actually have [seizures] so much they already know what to do. They already know how to handle it. Certain times I don't even go to the hospital, but this time, it was real bad because it was three in a row, and I've never had three back to back like that.

RUMOR: ROBIN THICKE LEAVES 'REAL HUSBANDS OF HOLLYWOOD' AFTER FIGHT WITH KEVIN HART

Rumor has it that Robin Thicke has left BET's Real Husbands of Hollywood. According to Mediatakeout, an on-set source said that Kevin Hart and Robin got into an argument on set -- and Robin left the set.

The source said that Kevin was going off on Robin and would not stop. The source explained, "When they stopped filming, Kevin kept going in. When they were on break, Kevin kept going in. At some point Robin was like 'f*** it'".

Robin allegedly "attempted to put hands on Kevin -- and had to be restrained." He then walked off set.

Other reports say that Robin has fired or has left the show because it was too silly, while All Hip Hop Rumors ayss that Robin left the show because it was a "bad career look" for him.

MATHEW KNOWLES THREATENS TO SUE 'THE UK SUN'

Mathew Knowles has threatened to sue The UK Sun, over a recent interview they ran about his split with his daughter Beyonce. In the story -- which was published on March 25th, Mathew admitted that he was devastated at being pushed out of Beyonce's life for Jay-Z. The article said that Mathew stated, "This was not a normal ending of a business agreement. This was a dad and a daughter and it was incredibly painful and it has some difficulties."

In a statement, Mathew's rep has revealed that he plans to sue to publication if they don't retract the article. His rep said in the statement, "Mr. Knowles did not mention Jay-Z's name in the interview at any point. He did not state that any 'bitter rift' exists between him and his daughter, Beyonce or that he has been pushed or cut out of her life. He also never stated that he has not met his granddaughter Blue Ivy. When in fact, it has been well documented that he has met his granddaughter."

The rep continued, "The reporter and The British Sun misrepresented their intent, proceeded with a deceptive agenda, and created their own sensationalized stories filled with blatant lies and manipulative quotes, in efforts to grab headlines and sell more copies of their newspaper without regard to how their slander can damage lives."

In an interview with BET, Kim Kardashian spoke about raising a bi-racial baby with Kanye. She said, "I have a lot of friends who are of all different nationalities and their children are bi-racial so they've talked to me a little bit about it and what to expect. The most important thing is, the way I want to raise my children is to not see color. There are experiences that you won't really know how to prepare for until you really go through it but raising a child in general is challenging."

CHRIS BROWN REVEALS MORE ABOUT 'X'

Chris Brown has opened up about his sixth studio album, X. In an interview with MTV News, he said, "The song and the album title 'X' has a couple different meanings. It can refer to an ex-girlfriend, in terms of you always look forward to moving forward from. It's also about being a reject in a sense. In me being myself, being able to grow up, me not always hanging around the right crowd or doing the right thing all the time - it's me saying, 'I'm over it. I'm past the bulls-it now.' "

MEEK MILL CANCELS TWO EUROPEAN SHOWS DUE TO ILLNESS: According to Allhiphop, Meek Mill has cancelled the two final shows on his European tours in Luxembourg and Berlin. He said in a statement, "I'm sorry to announce that due to illness I will not be able to perform my last 2 shows of my tour tonight in Luxembourg and Tomorrow in Berlin. I'm so sorry to all my fans and we will be announcing rescheduled dates very soon."

WSB-TV’s Amy Napier Viteri is reporting that Gucci Mane has turned himself in to Atlanta police. Gucci was initially wanted on aggravated assault charges after a veteran accused the rapper of striking him with a champagne bottle in a case of an autograph request gone awry in a nightclub. The police have yet to issue an official statement on the matter. Viteri has further suggested that Gucci is currently in police custody and will be booked into the Fulton County Jail. (Bossip)

KORDELL STEWART FILES FOR DIVORCE FROM 'RHOA' STAR PORSHA STEWART

Former NFL star Kordell Stewart has filed for divorce from Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Stewart. According to TMZ, Kordell filed for divorce at the Fulton County Superior Court in Georgia on March 22nd. According to the divorce docs, Kordell said that the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and has claimed that the two are separated. The site also reported that Kordell believes that he shouldn't have to pay Porsha anything in spousal support -- claiming "[She's] an able-bodied person, earning income and is capable of supporting herself." He also aid that there are no marital assets subject to division -- which suggests that there is a prenuptial agreement.

Kordell released a statement yesterday (March 26th), saying that filing for divorce was a "very difficult decision" for him and that his "ongoing concern has been and remains his son's best interest."

While there has been no confirmed reason for the split, rumors have been swirling that the two are splitting because Kordell didn't want Porsha to return to the next season of RHOA and she pulled out, but secretly signed up for another season. Antoher rumors is that Porsha wanted to focus on her career and her family, while Kordell wanted her to just focus on their family.

A source told StraightfromtheA.com that the breakup had been in the works for a while, but Kordell was scared that Porsha would take all of his money.

PORSHA SPEAKS

Porsha released a statement, saying that she is disappointed about Kordell's recent filing for divorce. Porsha's rep said that she had held off filing divorce papers herself because she was committed to the marriage and that Kordell had promised to work on the marriage with her.

Instead, Porsha rep said that Kordell, "misled her and she found out about the filing in the media."

The rep added, "Mrs. Stewart hopes to resolve these personal issues privately with the support of her family, friends and strong faith."

Kordell and Porsha got married in May 2011. They have no children. He has one son from previous relationship.

On the day he filed, Kordell RT'd the statement, "It's sad how quickly people can forget about you, until they want something from you." He then tweeted himself, "Live and let live. Enjoy life to the fullest and know GODS plan is bigger than anything someone can say or do. By the way..GODS my homie."

A few days before, he tweeted, "Sometimes 'sorry' is not enough. Sometimes you actually have to change."

Porsha tweeted yesterday (March 26th), "Morning Dolls Today is the 1st Day of the rest of your Life! Make It GREAT!" And two days after Kordell filed, Porsha tweeted, "A Marriage can last forever when two people decide to remain as one and conquer trials & tribulations together! #teamstewarts #faith #RHOA".

FRIENDS AND CO-STARS REACT

A friend of Porsha's spoke to Us Weekly about the divorce filing. The source said, "She was 100 percent completely blindsided. Friends are trying to contact her but she's not picking up her phone or returning texts. Her whole identity is about being a happy, obedient wife. The other women criticized her for not having a backbone but she was like, 'A real marriage is about honoring your man, your king.' She is really upset."

Another insider has a completely different outlook of Kordell and Porsha's marriage, saying, "She felt like a prisoner . . . She's young enough to find someone that's really right for her now."

Co-star Kenya Moore also released a statement on the news, saying, "Even though @porshadstewart and I have had our differences, I would never want to see anyone in pain. I wish her well."

VIVICA A FOX. REVEALS HER FAVORITE ROLES

Vivica A. Fox has revealed her favorite role that she has played in her over 25 years in Hollywood. In an interview with UnLeash'd Magazine, she said, "I would have to say that one of my favorite, and one of the most fun, was my role in 'Independence Day.' I got to come out there singing and dancing and showing I could also rock a pole [laughs]. People were talking and saying, 'Who is that? She is beautiful and she can act and dance and all that!' ANGELA BASSETT SPEAKS ON 'WAITING TO EXHALE' SEQUEL

In an interview with Huffington Post Black Voices, Angela Bassett gave an update on the Waiting to Exhale sequel. She said, "They're still writing. One of our original producers, from the first 'Exhale,' is on board. So that's a good sign, but they're still working on the script. It's just how to deal with it [Whitney's loss]. Nicki Minaj has revealed that she almost walked away from being a judge on American Idol, because she felt that America may think that she was too mean. She explained in a media conference call yesterday (March 25th),

 "I didn't know what to expect going into the show. I was so nervous. I had a lot of anxiety. I felt like 'Ok, I know everybody's gonna hate me. Oh well!' There were moments in the audition process that I would say to the producers, 'I can't do this anymore because if everyone's gonna give good critique and I'm gonna be the only one being honest, then America's gonna hate me. I'm gonna be seen as mean.' And the producers said, 'Nicki, trust me. America is going to appreciate the honesty. And that's all I had to go on and I came in there everyday and was myself. I can't come up there and pretend. I just can't do it. I can't be someone I'm not, I can't sit there with a phony smile on my face. I just can't do it."

WILL SMITH EXPLAINS WHY HE TURNED DOWN 'DJANGO'

Will Smith has explained why he decided to turn down the lead part of Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained. According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor said, "Django wasn't the lead, so it was like, I need to be the lead. The other character was the lead!" The character that Will was referring to is bounty hunter King Schultz, played by Christoph Waltz.

Will continued, "I was like, 'No, Quentin, please, I need to kill the bad guy!'" As the result of Will passing on the role, Jamie got the part." He added, "I thought it was brilliant. Just not for me."

Last summer, Will claimed that he passed on the part due to scheduling. He said in a previous interview,"I came really close, it was one of the most amazing screenplays I had ever ever seen. I was in the middle of 'Men In Black 3' and [Tarantino] was ready to go, and I just couldn't sit with him and get through the issues, so I didn't want to hold him up. That thing's going to be ridiculous. It is a genius screenplay."

MATHEW KNOWLES SPEAKS ON SPLIT WITH BEYONCE

Beyonce's dad has opened up about parting ways his superstar daughter two years ago. According to The UK Sun, Mathew Knowles said that the split was incredibly painful. He explained, "It was hard for me to let her go - it was hard for both of us to let each other go. And let's be clear on that. She didn't let me go, we both let each other go. That's a big difference."

He continued, "This was not a normal ending of a business agreement. This was a dad and a daughter and it was incredibly painful and it had some difficulties. Normally I hate to talk about anything personal, but it would be a lie if I did not say it has been difficult.

A$AP ROCKY SAYS HIP-HOP IS 'SMALL MINDED' WHEN IT COMES TO HOMOSEXUALITY

A$AP Rockyhas opened up about the hip-hop community being homophobic. According to Interview Magazine, the Harlem rapper said, " . . . one big issue in hip-hop is the gay thing. It's 2013, and it's a shame that, to this day, that topic still gets people all excited. It's crazy. And it makes me upset that this topic even matters when it comes to hip-hop, because it makes it seem like everybody in hip-hop is small-minded or stupid -- and that's not the case. We've got people like Jay-Z. We've got people like Kanye. We've got people like me. We're all prime examples of people who don't think like that. I treat everybody equal, and so I want to be sure that my listeners and my followers do the same if they're gonna represent me. And if I'm gonna represent them, then I also want to do it in a good way."

He also talked about his fashion sense, saying that growing up in Manhattan helped mold it. He explained, "I came up in a world that was just crazy -- and it was hectic and kind of radical at the same time. For me, growing up in Harlem and then migrating down to SoHo and the lower East Side and chillin' down there and making that my stomping ground . . . That was a big thing, because I'm from Harlem, and downtown is more artsy and also more open-minded. So I got the best of both worlds. It was like being on the streets and then being in school at the same time, and I tried to keep my hands in everything just so I wasn't missing out on any fun. I just always wanted to be knowledgeable of my whereabouts, my surroundings, and what was going on with our generation."

Rihanna's tour bus was stopped once again at the Canadian border on Monday (March 25th). The singer -- who is currently on her Diamonds World tour tweeted, "They held my trucks at the border!!! This is not a good luck for Winnipeg! My stage is in those trucks, disassembled! This means, the entire production could potentially start at a later time," she added. "#staytuned #WINNIPEG #tourlife #DiamondsWorldTour"

Last week RiRi's tour bus was stopped by U.S. Border Patrol when they thought they smelled marijuana. A drug-sniffing dog found a small amount of marijuana on one of the passengers (not Rihanna), and a civil penalty was assessed. The buses were then allowed to continue on their way to the U.S.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE'S ALBUM TO SELL A MILLION

It seems that Justin Timberlake's massive promotion of his first album in seven years is working. The 20/20 Experience is expected to debut with close to 1 million in sales on the album chart this week. It is reportedly expected to become the biggest selling album of the year.

Timberlake will reportedly top the Billboard 200 countdown with his first-week of sales. If Justin's album tops a million, he will be only the 19th album to do so.

In other Justin news, it seems that in addition to his massive summer arena tour with Jay-Z -- Justin is intending on promoting the second part of The 20/20 Experience witn a solo tour this fall. According to Justin's manager Johnny Wright, the plans are in the works.

He said, "Yeah. Probably he'll go out sometime in the fall. We haven't routed that yet or figured out what cities we're going to play. I know we'll start in North America first. But again, our focus is getting the album out and getting the Jay/Justin piece done."

GUCCI MANE WANTED FOR ASSAULT

Reports say that Gucci Mane is wanted for assault after he allegedly hit a soldier over the head with a bottle. According to TMZ via WSBTV in Atlanta, the soldier -- who was only identified as James, said that he saw the rapper at a club on March 16th and asked if he could take a photo with him.

James has claimed that he was talking to Gucci's security and explaining that he was in the military when Gucci hit him in the head with a bottle -- which required James to have 10 stitches.

Lt. Jeff Cantin of the Atlanta Police Department said, "We do have an active warrant for Mr. Davis for aggravated assault. So I'm sure after he sees this, I'm sure he'll want to reach out and contact us."

FUTURE'S BABY MAMA WANTS MORE MONEY

According to TMZ.com, Jessica Smith -- the mother of Future's 10-year-old son wants more child support from the rapper -- because she believed that he lied to the judge about his net worth. As previously reported, the two struck a child support deal where the rapper agreed to pay $1662 a month for their son, which was predicated on his monthly income of $16 ,516. Shortly after they came to the agreement, Future bragged on TV that he carries over $25,000 in cash on him all the time, so Smith took that as a cue to ask for more money. She filed docs saying that the rapper/singer's income exceeds $50,000.

Carrying that much cash is just ridiculous...you think Warren Buffet or Oprah carry cash like that?

RAY J INVOLVED IN FIGHT BACKSTAGE AT CLUB NOKIA

Ray J was reportedly involved in a backstage fight backstage at Club Nokia in L.A. According to E! News, the singer's manager said that he didn't starter the fight with the woman -- who is apparently Suge Knight's niece, who has claimed that Ray called her a "fat b*tch." Ray's J's manager David Weintraub said, "First this woman comes up and starts screaming at Ray J that she got pushed out of the way, which never happened, that turned into a screaming match backstage in Too Short's dressing room. That just escalated and escalated. He apologized to her, tried to diffuse the situation, but she wouldn't listen and she kept going crazy."

Weintraub said that Ray J "tried to be nice and reason with her, but she wouldn't accept the apology."

During all the chaos, Weintraub said that Ray J then got "sucker-punched by (rapper) Bad Azz. That is when the fight happened" -- adding that the fight stems from animosity from an "old, old fight from 10 years ago."

EVELYN LOZADA FILES CEASE AND DESIST AGAINST CHAD JOHNSON

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada filed a cease and desist letter to ex Chad Johnson for harassing her online. According to TMZ, sources close to Ev said that her lawyer sent the letter Thursday (March 21st) after Chad blasted Evelyn on Twitter -- insinuating that she was gold digger and accusing her of cheating on him with someone from YMCMB while they were married.

Sources say that Evelyn never cheated on Chad and if she doesn't stop tweeting about her, she will get a restraining order. The site also reported that the prosecutor's office overseeing Chad's criminal domestic violence case with Evelyn is aware of the situation and as is concerned.

Chad is due in court today (March 25th) for a hearing on terminating his probation early.

REPORT: RICK ROSS ARMED WITH SEMI-AUTOMATIC GUN DURING SHOOTING

Reports say that Rick Ross was armed with a Smith & Wesson semi-automatic gun during the drive-by shooting in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. According to The Smoking Gun, the police report from the Fort Lauderdale Police department that Ross had a black and chrome, Smith & Wesson semi-automatic gun.

The gun was reportedly in Ross' front waistband and was fully loaded with one round in the gun's chambers and 11 rounds in the magazine.

According to AllHipHop.com, Ross' handgun license was expired at the time of the shooting and this could mean possible legal trouble for the rapper.

Time Out New York has named Jay-Z the greatest NYC hip hop artist. The publication named the 50 greatest NYC hip hop artists and Jay won the honor thanks to his "genre-bending collaboration" and for being the best at enduring "the day-in, day-out shift of the modern rap era."

The site said that Jay filled the void left by The Notorious B.I.G.'s death with albums like 1998 Vol 2. Hard Knock Life, 1999's Vol. 3 Life And Times of S.Carter and 2001's The Blueprint.

TAMAR BRAXTON IS HAVING A BABY BOY

Tamar Braxton's best friend Tameka "Tiny" Harris has let it slip in an interview that Tamar is expecting a baby boy. She said in an interview with Hip Hollywood, "I've seen HIS little face, she has a 4D picture." In an interview with People, Tamar has revealed why she and her hubby Vince decided to wait before deciding to announced that she was pregnant. Tamar -- who is in her third trimester, said, "Vince and I [were] told we were going to have fertility problems - it was a lot of information - so we had to get comfortable with the fact that it happened on its own/ We decided [not to announce the pregnancy] until we were both really okay with it - that's why we waited."

It looks like R&B star Monica may be pregnant -- for real this time. The singer was spotted at Jazz in the Gardens weekend in Hollywood, Florida this past weekend and she wore a loose fitting pink blazer and made sure she covered her belly with her hand when she took photos with fans. According to Theybf.com, a source confirmed that Monica is indeed pregnant. If this is true, this is Monica's third child, but first with hubby Shannon Brown.

According to TMZ.com, Reservoir Media Management has filed a suit against a company called Craze Productions over the rights to the late Aaliyah's music. Reservoir has claimed that Craze has been illegally selling songs from Aaliyah's Aaliyah and One in A Million albums. Reservoir has claimed that it is the sole owner of the songs -- acquiring the rights in 2012 and said that it never gave Craze permission to sell the music. Reservoir wants a judge to block Craze from peddling any more Aaliyah music ... and it wants $$$.
