BEYONCE AND OPRAH MAKE 'FORBES' MOST POWERFUL WOMEN LIST

Beyonce and Oprah Winfrey have made ForbesMost Powerful Women List. The list features 100 of the most powerful women, ranked by wealth, media momentum and social impact. Bey snagged the no. 17 spot, while Oprah came in at no. 13.

Other notables on the list include Angelina Jolie (No. 37), Sofia Vergara, (No.38), Shakira (No. 52) and Gisele Bundchen (No. 95).

German Chancellor Angela Merkel came in at no.1 and first lady Michelle Obama scored the no. 4 spot. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton came in at no. 5.

BEYONCE'S NEW VENTURE

In other news, Beyonce has joined forces with Rent the Runway to curate a special collection.

She said in a statement about the collection, "Making women feel confident and beautiful is something I've always been passionate about. That's why joining forces with Rent the Runway was so organic. It's more than just access to beautiful clothes; it's about making women look and feel their best."

IS KIM K PLANNING TO SELL BABY PICS BEHIND KANYE'S BACK?

Rumor has it that Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner are planning to sell her baby's pics to the tabs -- behind Kanye's back. According to Life & Style, Kanye is adamant that he doesn't want to sell pics. A source said, "After seeing the bikini pics, Kanye suspected this is Kim setting stuff up and it makes it sick to his stomach. He detests Kim selling her personal life and absolutely won't stand for her selling their baby's life too."

The source said that Kim prearranges things with the paparazzi where she'll be to get their shots, then they sell the shots to media outlets -- and she gets a cut as well.

Another source told the tabloid that Kanye "has made it very clear that Kim is to stop all negotiations [for the child's first pictures] immediately, and that she is to finally start acting like a mom instead of a businesswoman."

A friend told the magazine that Kris has been "trying to sell the pictures from Kim's baby shower too."

KELLY ROWLAND GETTING PAID $1 MILLION FOR 'X FACTOR'?

Just how much is Kelly Rowland getting paid to be a judge on X Factor? According to The Hollywood Reporter, the singer is getting paid $1 million for the season. The site also reported that Paulina Rubio will be getting paid $1.5 million.

This is a far cry from Britney Spears' salary -- which was a reported $15 million.

In other news, Kelly has released the track listing for her upcoming album Talk A Good Game. The album will have features from Beyonce, Michelle Williams, Pusha T, The Dream and Kevin Cossom.

Talk a Good Game will be released on June 18th.

DJ JAZZY JEFF RECALLS BEING IN THE STUDIO WITH EMINEM AND WILL SMITH

DJ Jazzy Jeff has recalled being in the studio with both Eminem and Will Smith back in the late 90's. If you remember, on Eminem's "The Real Slim Shady" song, he rapped, "Will Smith doesn't have to cuss in his raps to sell records / Well, I do / So f*** him. And f*** you too" in response to Will's awards speech about gangsta rap at the 1999 VMAs.

According to Hiphopdx.com, Jazzy Jeff said that Em and Will hit the studio together prior to Em signing with Dr. Dre. Jeff explained, "I was a big fan of Eminem's - you know, especially of his super early stuff. I just kinda reached out to him, 'Yo man, big fan. Would love to do some stuff.' And he ended up comin' to Philly and we went in the studio, and just knocked out some stuff. It was crazy, because that was one of the times that Will [Smith] was in town."

Jazzy Jeff said that when Will got to the studio, he played him "Just the Two of Us" -- which ended up appearing on The Slim Shady EP. The song -- like Will's song with the same name, sampled Bill Withers' "Just The Two Of Us."

Jeff continued, "Will listened to it, and Will looked at him and said, 'You're either gonna be the biggest flop in Hip Hop, or you're gonna be the biggest thing that we've ever seen in Hip Hop. And [Eminem] never forgot that."

When asked what Will thought about Em's diss years later, he said, "That kinda stuff, he just brushes off. The funny thing was, I ended up deejaying at an Em show in Detroit. And when I went in there, he kinda came to me and was like, 'Yo man, when I said that stuff about Will, he wasn't mad?' I said, 'Nah, he doesn't care about that stuff.' [Eminem added], 'That was just me stickin' up for [Dr.] Dre and that point in time."

Chris Brown and Karruche Tran were involved in a car accident in LA...

Chris was driving a black Range Rover when he rear ended a Mercedes Benz. Karrueche was spotted taking pictures of the other car's damage with her cell phone. There did not appear to be any injuries.

BEYONCE RELEASES MRS. CARTER SHOW WORLD TOUR BEHIND THE SCENES FOOTAGE

Beyonce has released behind the scenes footage from her international Mrs. Carter Show world tour.

Just before her May 17th show in Croatia, Beyonce told the cameras, "I'm actually quite nervous, because yesterday I was diagnosed with tonsillitis. Hopefully I'll give Croatians a great concert. I'm gonna fight as hard as I can, and I know that God has my back and God will protect me."

FRENCH MONTANA TALKS SEX & RELATIONSHIPS

French Montana has opened up about sex and relationships. In an interview with VIBE, he admitted that he has stalked an ex-girlfriend before. He said, "Probably once when I was with a chick for three years and something felt shaky. You start doing your research. Everybody's went through that. But I never been the type to start calling somebody and go crazy. You call once or twice and they don't pick up it's like, aight."

He also revealed that he doesn't go "down" on women. When asked why, he said, "I'm African, I never needed to. Once I reach a certain age, I'll probably try different things though."

MIGUEL SPEAKS ON BILLBOARD PERFORMANCE

Miguel has opened up about his memorable Billboard performance. The singer-songwriter ended up drop-kicking an audience member in the head while performing "Adorn." He told Billboardabout the embarrassing moment, "I think it's kind of clear what happened. But I'm very happy to bring my new friend, Khyati, we just met. Unfortunately we did not meet under the best circumstances, but I think we're okay."

The fan didn't seem to hold any hard feelings towards the singer, saying, "I Adorn him."

Miguel then talked about zoning out during the performance. He said, "The crazy thing is, when you're performing and you're just kind of into it, you never know where it's gonna go and where you're gonna go with it, and how that might turn out. So this is one of the less favorable moments."

MORE FINANCIAL ISSUES FOR MARY J. BLIGE

According to TMZ, on top the $900,000 she owes New Jersey, Mary J. Blige has been slapped with a $3.4 million tax bill. The IRS filed a federal tax lien against MJB, claiming that she failed to pay all of her income taxes for 2009 ($574,907.30), 2010 ($2,203,743.53) and 2011 ($647,604.60). Mary's rep said, "Mary has been and is continuing to work with her new team to resolve all these issues as quickly as possible."

THE KANYE WEST TAKEOVER BEGINS

The Kanye West takeover officially began this weekend. The rapper premiered his new song and visuals for "New Slaves" this past weekend on 66 buildings across the world. Some of the locations included Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Wrigley's Field in Chicago, Toronto, London, Paris and Berlin.

Kanye then performed "New Slaves" and another single "Black Skinheads" on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

KANYE NAMES ALBUM 'YEEZUS'

Kanye's manager Don C. and girlfriend Kim Kardashian also posted a photo of the cover art to the rapper's upcoming album -- which is entitled Yeezus. The cover art features a melted gold object -- which looks like a Jesus Piece. There is a piece of red duct take to the side, which says "Yeezus."

Yeezus will hit stores on June 18th.

IS BEYONCE PREGNANT OR NOT?

Is Beyonce pregnant or not? After weeks of speculation, E! News reported that several sources confirmed that the superstar is expecting her second child. The news comes off the heels of Bey cancelling a concert in Belgium last week for dehydration and exhaustion. Blogs have reported that Beyonce has bought out two baby carriages during her performance of "Grown Woman" while on tour.

When TMZ asked Kelly Rowland if Beyonce was pregnant, she responded with, "What?"

No official word from Beyonce or her rep. Beyonce performed in Milan this past weekend -- with no bump in site.

BEYONCE REPONDS

The superstar took to Instagram to respond to rumors, writing, "I can't stop the rumors from starting and I can't really change peoples minds who believe them, all I can do is sit back and laught at these low life people who have nothing better to do than talk about me." The post was later deleted.

While some assumed Beyonce was referring to the pregnancy rumors, others are saying that the pop superstar is responding to an interview that her uncle allegedly did with Celebuzz.

BEY'S UNCLE SPEAKS

In said interview, Bey's uncle Larry Beyince said that Beyonce's parents forced her into singing. He said, "It took away her whole childhood. Everything was geared toward being famous. She used to get angry at [her father] a lot for taking away her childhood. That affected her. I would prefer she was just my little niece, but she's a lot better off than most women."

On Beyonce firing her dad Mathew Knowles, Larry said, "I wasn't surprised she fired him [as her manager]. I'm glad, actually. One reason I was glad she got married is because she was no longer under her dad's control. He is a control freak."

On marrying Jay-Z, Bey's alleged uncle said, "He was after her and she wasn't. She told me she wasn't too particularly fond of him. I would see him with her and pictures of them, I heard rumors they were together and she told me 'no.' You know how women get that look like 'eww.' I guess she wasn't attracted to him. But as long as he treats her well and makes her happy, that's all I ever wanted. He's okay with me."

He continued, "I was surprised she married him. I think she got tired of being alone. When you have as much money as she does she has to be careful about people wanting her for her money. And apparently he had as much as she had.

LAPD INVESTIGATING DEATH THREATS MADE TO CHRIS BROWN

According to TMZ, LAPD is investigating death threats made against Chris Brown. According to sources, several threats were made to the office of Chris' attorney Mark Geragos. Geragos is taking the threats very seriously and immediately reported them to the LAPD.

GABRIELLE UNION AUDITIONED FOR 'SCANDAL'

Gabrielle Union has revealed that she auditioned for the ABC's popular drama Scandal. She told Cocoa Fab, "There's the whole group of us who auditioned for 'Scandal' that, not just fell in love with that project and Shonda (Rhimes), but the process, the level of respect that we were given even in the audition process and the world that Shonda created even for us trying. It was like, is there ever gonna be another situation for you like that?"

Although she didn't get the part, Gabby went on to talk about how successful her fellow black actresses have been in the past couple of years. She said, "Luckily they're my friends so thank God if I ever needed a loan I'd be like, 'Well, I saw you last night on 'Deception,' Megan, and I know you have money!' 'Person of Interest' is one of the top rated shows internationally, so my girl Taraji (P. Henson) is doing so well. And then all of the films that have come from the great work that she's done, and Kerry (Washington) with 'Scandal' and 'Django' and the whole world is like, Gladiator! And Thandie (Newton)'s show. I've big got shoes to fill, but it's dope."

It looks like Rihanna isn't hooking up with New York Knicks star J.R. Smith after all. A fan recently hit RiRi on Instagram and said she was the reason J.R. had been shooting bricks and the Knicks had been struggling against the Pacers.

RiRi responded, "F*** you and your wack azz team!!! Nobody want that desert thirsty n*gga!! He f****d up because his azz be hungover from clubbing every night during playoffs!! So your issue isn't with ra$$hole me."

According to Hip Hollywood, a source close to the couple said that despite public speculation, Kanye is "obsessed with Kim" and is very much in love. The source added that when Kanye is photographed with Kim looking annoyed, it because of the paparazzi, not Kim. Kanye loves Kim so much -- that he performed his new song "Awesome" at the Adult Swim Upfronts on Wednesday night (May 15th). He raps to Kim during the song, "I'd rather do nothing with you than something new with somebody new." During his performance, Kanye also rapped,"I ain't no motherf****** celebrity. I ain't running for office. I ain't kissing nobody's motherf****** babies. I drop your baby and you sue me and s***."

LIL SCRAPPY PROBATION HEARING PUSHED BACK

According to Allhiphop, Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Lil Scrappy's probation hearing has been pushed back. As previously reported, Scrappy turned himself in last month after his parole officer alleged that he provided a drug sample that was cold to the touch -- meaning that it may have been old urine or someone else's. Officer has claimed that he was asked to take another test, but he refused. Drug testing is required under the conditions of Scrappy's probation from a marijuana and gun possession charges back in 2008. DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Daniel Coursey decided to reschedule another hearing for next Wednesday so that Scrappy's urine sample could be processed.

ARREST WARRANT ISSUED FOR CHAD JOHNSON

An arrest warrant was issued yesterday (May 16th) for former NFL star Chad Johnson for violating his probation. According to TMZ, the warrant was issued out in Broward County, Florida -- all due to Chad failing to report to his probation officer. A judge issued the warrant on May 7th.

Chad also allegedly failed to show proof of enrollment and completion of the Batterers Intervention Program.

Chad is on probation stemming from his domestic violence conviction involving ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

LIL WAYNE AND NICKI MINAJ TO PERFORM AT THE BILLBOARD AWARDS

Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj will perform "High School" on The Billboard Music Awards this weekend. Other performers include, Miguel, Bruno Mars, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Chris Brown and Jennifer Lopez. The Billboard Music Awards airs live on May 19th on ABC.

BIRDMAN LAUNCHES NEW APP

According to XXLMag, Birdman has launched his first ever iPhone and IPad app. The app is called Shorty Cuts by Birdman puts the power of time consumers hands so that they can find a quick, easy and effective shortcut when texting, typing and utilizing social media. In other news, Birdman and Rick Ross have announced that they are releasing the collaborative album The H on May 23rd.

MANNIE FRESH SPEAKS ON BIG TYMERS REUNION

Mannie Fresh has spoken on Baby plotting a new Big Tymers album without him. Last week Baby and Wayne announced that a new Big Tymers album will be released with Baby, Wayne and Drake. Mannie told MTV's Rap Fix Live, "I don't bash Cash Money, Birdman, or none of them. It's really on, I'm just striving on just getting what I deserve, you know, what I put in. So maybe that's what his feelings is. Mannie said. "Honestly I think Drake is a great artist, I think Wayne is a great artist, but they not the Big Tymers. It's kinda like doing a Jackson 5 album with Boyz II Men. Two different eras, great artists, but Boyz II Men is not the Jackson 5."

He added, "You can call it whatever you want to call it, but you can't call it a Big Tymer's album.

Mannie added that he doesn't have a problem with anyone at Cash Money, he just wants what he deserves. He explained, "It coulda been resolved. I'm too old to be making dis songs. I'm too wise to be making shots at anybody, but my thing is I'm a business man at the end of it."

DRAKE LEADS 2013 BET NOMINATIONS

The 2013 BET Awards nominations have been announced -- and Drake has scored the most nods. The rap star has snagged 12 nominations -- mostly from the collaborations that he's done in the past year. The rapper dominates the Best Collaboration and Video of the Year categories for "No Lie", his collaboration with 2 Chainz, "Problems" with A$AP Rocky, "Poetic Justice" with Kendrick Lamar and "Pop That" with French Montana. He is also up for Best Male Hip-Hop Artist and his singles "HYFR" and "Started from the Bottom" scored him Video of the Year nods.

Kendrick Lamar and 2 Chainz has picked up eight nods, while A$AP Rocky earned five. Rihanna, Miguel, Kanye West and Migueleach earned three nominations.

Kendrick Lamar said about his nods, "I'm still fairly new at this thing right here, so to receive an award of this caliber means a lot to me."

Chris Brown and R. Kelly will perform at the show.

The BET Awards will air on June 30th at Nokia Theater L.A. Live.

Waka Flocka Flame has revealed that he is not really a fan of hip-hop. According to Allhiphop, in an interview, Waka said, "Musically, I do hip-hop, but I'm not a hip-hop fan. Usher has secretly been stiffing the nanny ... financially ... this according to a new lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

Cecilia Duncan is suing the singer, claiming Usher hired her as a part-time nanny back in December 2010 and she worked her ass off caring for his two sons (aged 4 and 5) often exceeding 40 hours per week.

According to the lawsuit, Cecilia felt like she was being overworked without being paid overtime ... and expressed her concerns to Usher in 2011 that she was being shafted.

Cecilia says Usher ignored her complaints for more than a year ... and finally fired her ass last September without paying her overtime money.

She's now suing for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and more -- demanding unspecified damages. Sources close to the lawsuit tell us she wants in the six-figure range.

RICK ROSS TALKS SEIZURES

Ross blamed "going so hard" for his seizures. He continued, "When I did get out of the hospital, the doctor told me I should drink a little more water and I should eat more fruit."

Nick Cannon is speaking out on the feud going on between his wife Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. In an interview with LA's KTLA- TV's morning show, Nick said that he believes FOX and show producers have been trying to milk their issues. He said, "She didn't sign up for that. "Nick said that "someone behind the scenes perpetuating" the conflict. Nick added that no one thought it was a good idea to bring Nicki onto the show -- and "no one thinks it's a good idea now."

He continued, "My wife, foreseeing all of this, tried to tell the network. She said, 'I don't think this is going to work, I'm afraid. She agreed to do the show for the 'American Idol' brand, she's been a longtime fan of the series, but she did not want the feud to become 'a thing.' 'This is going to turn into one of those reality shows, I didn't sign up to be on 'Love And Hip Hop.'"

On whether Mariah will be back next season, Nick said, "If they get it stable she might relook at it, but she doesn't want to be a part of anything unstable."

Meanwhile, Mariah will perform her new single "Beautiful" with Miguel on Thursday May 9th.
