Chris Brown has yet another legal problem to deal with, after crashing his car in Los Angeles near Toluca Lake. The photographer said that Chris was driving his Range Rover with his GF Karrueche Tran, when he rear-ended a Mercedes. Chris parked in front of the Mercedes and then exchanged info with the woman in the Mercedes chick. The photographer says damage to her car was "medium"? Perhaps the opportunity to be hit from the back by Chris Brown was "priceless".

ARLINGTON, TN - (WMC-TV) - Arlington High School senior Taylor Flake thought she was making history when her classmates elected her to be the school's first African-American class president. "It's more than just me representing my class," Flake said when she was elected. "I kind of take it as me representing the school as a whole." So when the school started planning for the commencement, Flake said she was shocked to find out that she was not among those chosen to speak. School officials told her that she would have to be selected by her class to speak. But when the time came to be for the class to choose speakers, they told Flake the teachers nominated speakers. "And the teachers didn't nominate me to speak," Flake said. She was devastated. The class vice president was chosen to participate instead, which Flake calls "a slap in the face." She filed a complaint with the school board, charging racial discrimination. Shelby County Schools' student services supervisor J.B. Blocker said in a letter his investigation into Flake's complaint did not reveal any discriminatory acts. Flake says she is currently reaching out to the NAACP for their help in the situation. Flake says she'd planned an uplifting speech for her classmates. "I wanted to urge the class of 2013 to continue to live their dream, no matter what always do what your heart is set out to do."
